For our family-run Natur Aparthotel in Wagrain, which will open in December 2024, we are looking for a dedicated chef (m/f/d) for our small, charming hotel restaurant.
Our cuisine combines modern simplicity with traditional roots and places great emphasis on quality, regional ingredients, and authentic craftsmanship.
Requirements
Your responsibilities with us:
- Helping to design and refine our menu
- Managing inventory and placing orders
- Independently preparing high-quality, seasonal dishes
- Assisting with the organization of kitchen operations
- Sharing responsibility for quality assurance
- Compliance with hygiene and HACCP standards
What you bring to the table:
- Experience as a cook, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong commitment to quality
- Enjoyment of cooking and a passion for modern and traditional cuisine
- Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of personal responsibility
- Ability to handle pressure and a structured approach to work
- A cheerful, positive personality
- Language skills
