For our family-run Natur Aparthotel in Wagrain, which will open in December 2024, we are seeking a dedicated Head Chef (m/f/d) for our small, elegant hotel restaurant.
Our cuisine combines modern simplicity with traditional roots and places great emphasis on quality, regional ingredients, and authentic craftsmanship.
Requirements
Your responsibilities with us:
- Helping to design and refine our menu
- Purchasing and ordering supplies
- Preparing high-quality, seasonal dishes
- Leading and organizing the kitchen team
- Ensuring our quality standards
- Responsibility for hygiene and HACCP
What you bring to the table:
- Experience in the kitchen, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong commitment to quality
- Enjoyment of cooking and a passion for creative cuisine
- Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of personal responsibility
- Ability to handle pressure and a structured approach to work
- A cheerful, positive personality
- Language skills
