Your Responsibilities
You will design and oversee a varied activity and leisure program for our guests—with a high degree of autonomy and plenty of room for your ideas.
Activities & Sports
- Organizing and leading activities such as Nordic walking, hikes, and bike tours; leading aqua aerobics, back fitness, and fitness sessions
Relaxation & Well-being
- Conducting sessions such as stretching, progressive muscle relaxation, or Qi GongCreating peaceful, restorative moments for our guests
Games, Fun & Community
- Organizing recreational activities such as badminton, volleyball, or soccer (including game supervision)Planning and conducting tournaments (e.g., table tennis, foosball)Supervising game nights (e.g., UNO)Accompanying youth activities and excursions (e.g., scooter tours, Flying Fox, archery)
What you bring to the table
- Enjoyment of interacting with people of all ages
- Strong communication skills and a positive, motivating demeanor
- Organizational skills and initiative
- Enthusiasm for sports, exercise, and outdoor activities
