  • 5-day week / 45 hours
  • with a clean, independent, and cost-effective approach to work
  • Supporting the head chef in his operational and administrative duties
  • Managing the department in the head chef’s absence
  • Team player with a resilient personality and a professional demeanor
  • Completed culinary training with in-depth knowledge of food and ingredients
  • Several years of professional experience in this position
