As Demi Chef de Rang in the family-run superior hotel in Pertisau am Achensee, you are not only part of the service team - together with the team you bring style, charm and personality to the restaurant and bar area and are an indispensable part of the gastronomic experience.with expertise, passion and a keen sense for service and drinks, you help shape the character of our hotel. You contribute your own ideas, set the tone in service and, together with the team, ensure that our guests are delighted day after day.
Your tasks with us
- You provide a warm, professional service in the restaurant and bar area
- You recommend food and drinks with enthusiasm and have a keen sense for our guests' wishes
- You support the management of a service station and take responsibility for a smooth process
- You support the bar team and play an active role
- You pay attention to the highest standards of service quality, hospitality and hygiene
Requirements
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the catering/hotel industry or professional experience in upscale service
- A passion for hospitality and a keen sense for moments of pleasure
- Bar experience or a keen interest in deepening your passion for drinks and cocktails
- Well-groomed appearance, team spirit and enjoy inspiring guests
- Initiative, a sense of responsibility and a desire to get actively involved
- Language skills
