As an entremetier at the family-run superior hotel in Pertisau am Achensee, you are not only part of the team, you also contribute creative ideas together with the team and are an indispensable part of the culinary success.
With expertise, passion and a keen instinct, you help shape the style of the kitchen. You contribute your own ideas, set culinary accents and, together with the team, ensure that our guests are delighted day after day.
Your tasks with us
- You bring our culinary concepts to life - from creative planning to the perfect plate
- You develop new recipes and refine existing ones - always with a focus on seasonal freshness and regional quality
- You ensure that the highest standards of quality, hygiene and presentation are practiced on a daily basis
Requirements
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a chef, ideally with experience in upscale gastronomy
- A passion for cooking & a keen sense of enjoyment
- Creativity, precision and the ability to tastefully implement new trends
- Team spirit, personal responsibility and enjoyment of helping to shape things.
- Language skills
German
English
