Description
Our extensive and constantly evolving hotel complex requires not only strategic alignment but also permanent problem solving in all directions. The diversity of tasks requires great flexibility and problem-solving skills. Processes have to be constantly rethought and adapted to new challenges. A company must always be oriented towards the future in order to meet the requirements. As a successful company, it has always made very good progress to date. However, the numerous tasks require competent and flexible support.
Requirements
The position should be filled by a committed and experienced person who is flexible and solution-oriented. Modern tools, technical interest as a user and leadership skills should be present. Guest orientation and pleasure in the further development of a company are also prerequisites. a "hands on" mentality should not be missing. We are still somewhat flexible in the allocation of tasks, at least 2 main topics from the hotel requirement should be able to be taken over professionally with experience. HR tasks are also a component of the employee spectrum. Very good knowledge of the restaurant, F&B and reception departments is a minimum requirement for training and working in these areas.
