young austria is Austria’s leading provider of school and youth travel, based in Salzburg. For our Schaidberg Youth Hotel in Obertauern (170 beds), we are seeking a dedicated couple to serve as hotel managers starting with the 2026/27 winter season. You will independently manage the hotel and, as a team, take responsibility for guests, staff, and operations. This position is ideal for couples who combine their strengths, manage the hotel collaboratively, and seek a long-term career in a stable environment.

Your Role – Shared Responsibility with Creative Freedom

As a couple managing the hotel, you will jointly assume overall operational and organizational responsibility for the youth hotel. You will ensure clear structures, smooth processes, and a professional, warm atmosphere for guests and the team.

Your responsibilities

✓ Independent overall management of the youth hotel with a focus on school groups and family trips

✓ Organization and management of all operational processes: guest services, kitchen, service, housekeeping, back office (purchasing and accounting), and building services

✓ Recruiting, hiring, and managing an international team

✓ Ensuring quality standards in a structured accommodation operation

✓ Close collaboration with the central accounting and reservations department in Salzburg
