Housekeeping Assistant (m/f/d)

Do you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy rolling up your sleeves and taking charge when it counts? Then we’re looking for you to be our housekeeper’s right-hand person. Together with our motivated housekeeping team, you’ll make sure our nearly 110 guests feel right at home from the very first moment. It’s certainly never boring. :)

We are hiring immediately or at a time to be arranged.

Responsibility & Representation

• Replacing the housekeeper during her absence
• Room inspections and room check-in
• Supervisor Duties: Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and supporting the housekeeping team in their day-to-day operations
• Ensuring Our Cleanliness and Quality Standards
• Close coordination with the front desk and other departments

Hands-on in Day-to-Day Operations

• Cleaning and Preparing the Guest Rooms
• Cleaning and Maintenance of the Hotel's Public Areas

• TimeTracking with Time Off in Lieu
• Sunday, Holiday, and Night ShiftPremiums

• Flexible work schedules: typically a 5-day workweek, though other combinations of hours and days are also possible (e.g., a 4-day workweek with 32 hours, a 6-day workweek with higher pay, etc.)

• Several years of professional experience in housekeeping or comparable experience—not necessarily in a managerial position
• Good English skills; ideally, German as well
• A keen eye for cleanliness and detail
• Organizational skills and a confident, friendly demeanor toward the team and guests
• A can-do attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently

• You want to ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay
