Description
You are an experienced housekeeping professional and, as the lead housekeeper, will take on the role of floor supervisor: You will lead the team in day-to-day operations, inspect rooms according to the housekeeper’s instructions, and fill in for her on her days off.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 5–6-day week, annual contract possible · Start Date: Immediately · Reports to: Head Housekeeper
The Inntalerhof is a fourth-generation, family-run 4-star panoramic hotel located 1,200 m above the Inn Valley in Mösern near Seefeld: 71 rooms, suites, and vacation apartments; Tyrolean ¾ pampering board; two à la carte restaurants (9ers and Tiroler Stub’m); Pizzeria 9ers Pizza, INN Bar with panoramic terrace, wellness area with pool and saunas, seminar space for up to 80 people. Tasks
- Daily room and general housekeeping services at a high 4-star standard, preparation of guest rooms for arrival
- Guidance and support for floor staff in their daily routines
- Room inspections and approval in accordance with the Head Housekeeper’s standards
- Standing in for the Head Housekeeper on her days off
- Assisting in the in-house laundry facility in the afternoon
Requirements
- Several years of experience in hotel housekeeping
- Attention to detail, efficiency, and reliability; serves as a role model within the team
- German B1+, basic knowledge of English; unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market

Employment & Salary
2150 € gross / month
The above information is based on a 5.5-day workweek (45 hours); we are willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and proof of experience.
