Requirements
To strengthen our team, we are looking for committed and service-oriented personalities from December as
Deputy Restaurant Manager (m|w|d).
Together with our restaurant manager, you will be responsible for the half-board restaurant (250 seats), the à la carte restaurant (50 seats), our sun terrace and our hotel bar. The team consists of approx. 15 employees, including trainees and interns.
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in the upscale hotel industry and would like to climb the ladder of success one step higher?
- You have a good knowledge of wine
- Do you love taking on the role of host?
- Entrepreneurial thinking is a matter of course for you?
- Do you have excellent organizational skills?
- Are you enthusiastic, resilient and a team player?
- A sense of responsibility and loyalty are a matter of course for you?
- Do you have a hands-on mentality and are you willing to work in all areas?
