Requirements
To strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join us starting in December as
Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d).
Together with our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the half-board restaurant (250 seats), the à la carte restaurant (50 seats), our sun terrace, and our hotel bar. The team consists of approximately 15 employees, including trainees and interns.
Your Profile:
- You have completed vocational training in the upscale hospitality industry and are eager to climb the ladder of success to the next level?
- You have a good knowledge of wine
- Do you love playing the role of host?
- Is entrepreneurial thinking second nature to you?
- Do you have excellent organizational skills?
- Are you enthusiastic, resilient, and a team player?
- Is a sense of responsibility and loyalty second nature to you?
- Do you have a hands-on attitude and are willing to work in all areas?
