Commis de Rang – Service Assistant (m|f|d)

We are looking to strengthen our service team with a motivated and dedicated service assistant/Commis de Rang who enjoys interacting with guests and working as part of a team with all kinds of people, engaging in conversation and communicating with guests.

Your Responsibilities

Supporting the service team with all tasks in the restaurant

Mise en place and preparatory tasks

Serving food and beverages 

Assisting and advising our guests

Ensuring that service runs smoothly

Maintaining cleanliness of the dining areas, tables, chairs, and windows, as well as general ability to work independently

Your Profile:

Experience in the service industry; at least a good command of German; ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in German; and a willingness to help 

Friendly and well-groomed appearance

Ability to work well in a team, reliability, and resilience

Enjoy working with people

Basic knowledge of general service tasks

What we offer:

Meals: 3 meals on workdays

Salary:

6-day workweek (48 hours): starting at €……,– net (to be determined after discussion and an interview)

5-day workweek (40 hours): starting at €…… net (to be negotiated, at least during the probationary period)

Fair probationary period to get to know each other

Security deposit for housing (between €150 and €300)

Work in a tourist-oriented town with good infrastructure—everything you need (supermarkets, clothing stores, drugstores, etc.) is within 1 km
