We’re looking for YOU as a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)!
Requirements
What to Expect:
- You’ll support the restaurant management in day-to-day operations
- You’ll be right in the thick of things—not just on the sidelines: from welcoming our guests to ensuring a perfect finish
- You’ll motivate, coordinate, and develop our service team
- You have an eye for detail and ensure that service runs smoothly
- You’ll assist with scheduling, training, and all other organizational tasks
- You’ll be the point of contact for our guests and our service team
And above all: You bring your personality, your ideas, and your passion to the table!
What you bring to the table:
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry—ideally in a position of responsibility
- A passion for leadership and motivating a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep a cool head when things get hectic
- Warmth, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor
- A commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Very good command of German, good command of English
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- And most importantly: You enjoy being a host or hostess!
Experience

Continuing education and training
HACCP-Kenntnisse
Inkassotätigkeit – Geldverantwortung
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
English B2 (good intermediate level)
Mobility
Driving license B
Own car required
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
3000 € gross / month
This position is governed by the collective bargaining agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry, classified under pay grade 2 with a gross monthly salary of €3,000. We are willing to pay above this rate for candidates with the appropriate experience and qualifications.
