Your Job with Us
Varied, lively, and definitely not boring:
- You’ll provide our guests with warm and attentive service—from the first “Welcome” to the last drink
- You’ll ensure attentive and professional service in the restaurant
- You’ll prepare drinks, cocktails, coffee, and more, and have fun behind the bar
- You’ll advise our guests on their food and drink choices
- You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and looks great in your work area
- You’ll work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service team
- You’ll contribute your ideas and help create special moments for our guests
- You’ll keep your cool even when things get really busy

- Experience in service and/or behind the bar—or simply the right attitude and a desire to learn
- Enjoy working with people
- A warm, open, and communicative demeanor
- Team spirit and reliability
- Enjoyment of a varied workday
- A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
- Good knowledge of German; English is a plus
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays

Employment & Salary
2500 € gross / month
This position is governed by the collective bargaining agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry, classified in pay grade 3 with a gross monthly salary of €2,500. We are happy to pay above this rate for candidates with the appropriate experience and qualifications.
