We are a cozy 4-star Adults Only hotel in the Obertauern ski area with 26 rooms, which transforms into an enchanting oasis in winter. Our philosophy is to offer our guests not just a stay, but an unforgettable experience. As we are on a first-name basis in our hotel, we maintain a personal and friendly relationship with each other.
We are looking for a Reception Assistant (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

1.Reception and care of guests:◦Warm welcome and care of guests and customers◦ Handling of check-in and check-out.2. organization and coordination:◦Coordination of reservations, inquiries and bookings.◦ Ensuring a smooth process at the reception.◦ Arrival and departure checks with room allocation◦ Optimal utilization of the guest rooms.3. communication:◦Communication with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of information.◦ Processing of complaints and concerns from guests.
Requirements
You should have the following qualities
