We are a cozy 4-star Adults Only hotel in the Obertauern ski area with 26 rooms, which transforms into an enchanting oasis in winter. Our philosophy is to offer our guests not just a stay, but an unforgettable experience. As we are on a first-name basis in our hotel, we maintain a personal and friendly relationship with each other.

We are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

1.Reception and care of guests:◦ Warm welcome and care of guests and customers◦ Handling of check-in and check-out.2. Organization and coordination:◦Coordination of reservations, inquiries and bookings.◦ Ensuring a smooth process at the reception.◦ Arrival and departure checks with room allocation◦ Optimal occupancy of the guest rooms3. Communication:◦Communicating with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of information.◦ Handling complaints and concerns from guests.4. Accounting and administration:◦Managing payments, invoices and cash balances.

Requirements

You should have the following qualities

Completed training in the hotel industry, tourism or a comparable field of study
Sound knowledge of booking software and MS Office
Independent, autonomous and reliable way of working
Reliability, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Telephone and personal contact with our national and international guests
Self-confident appearance, naturalness and a radiant smile
Written and spoken German and English
Well-groomed appearance
