Welcoming and looking after guests: ◦ Warm reception and care of guests and customers ◦ Handling of check-in and check-out. 2. Organization and coordination: ◦ Coordination of reservations, inquiries and bookings. ◦ Ensuring a smooth process at reception. ◦ Arrival and departure checks with room allocation ◦ Optimum utilization of guest rooms 3. team management: ◦ Creation of duty rosters ◦ Training of new employees and further development of the existing team. 4. Communication: ◦ Communication with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of information. ◦ Processing complaints and concerns from guests. 5. Accounting and administration: ◦ Managing payments, invoices and cash balances.
