Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Guest services
- Writing daily menus in German and English
- Writing the daily morning newsletter in German and English
- Guided tours of the property with guests
- Selling spa treatments
- Check-in and check-out
- Handling guest correspondence
- Answering the phone
- Concierge duties (making reservations, providing information about activities, etc.)
- All reception-related tasks
- Planning and publishing social media posts
- Maintaining social media channels
- Developing creative content ideas
- Supporting marketing and communications initiatives
- Language skills
German
C2 (excellent knowledge)
English
B2 (good intermediate level)
