Requirements
Tasks:
- Guest service
- Writing daily menus in German and English
- Writing daily morning post in German and English
- Guided tours with guests
- Selling spa treatments
- Check-in and check-out
- Guest correspondence
- Answering the phone
- Concierge tasks (reserving tables, providing information about activities, etc.)
- All work at the reception desk
- Language skills
