With spectacular views of Hinterglemm, premium spirits, and signature drinks, our bar is a central gathering place for connoisseurs—from aperitifs to after-dinner cocktails.

Your Responsibilities

· Preparation of classic and creative cocktails, long drinks, and specialty coffee and tea drinks 

· Advising our guests on their beverage choices

· Developing cocktail specials and bar concepts as a team

· Actively taking care of guests with a service-oriented attitude and a warm heart

· Independently managing the bar area, including preparation and cleanup

· Monitoring and reordering beverage and spirits inventory

· Compliance with hygiene standards and youth protection regulations

· Accounting and Cash Management

Your Strengths 

· Experience as a bartender or in a similar position

· A passion for drinks, hospitality, and ambiance

· Creativity, empathy, and communication skills

· Sense of responsibility, neatness, and precision

· Team spirit and a hands-on attitude

· Willingness to work flexible hours

· Good German and English skills (at least B2 level) are required; knowledge of other languages is an asset.

· Pay in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement, with a willingness to pay above the standard rate depending on qualifications
