Requirements
To strengthen our team, we are looking for committed and service-oriented personalities from December as
Bar waiter with collection (m|w|d)
Together with our restaurant team, you will be responsible for the half-board restaurant (250 seats), the à la carte restaurant (50 seats), our sun terrace and our hotel bar. The team consists of approx. 15 employees, including trainees and interns.
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist or comparable training and experience in upscale gastronomy is an advantage
- Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry an advantage
- Extensive knowledge of drinks, spirits and cocktails
- Wine knowledge
- High service orientation
- Passion for the profession
- Sense of responsibility & duty
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Independent and organized way of working
- Ability to work in a team and respectful interaction with colleagues
- Well-groomed, stylish appearance and good manners
- Good knowledge of German and English
