Description
We are a home away from home for our guests, but also for our team. Both we as a family and our long-standing employees create a good working atmosphere.
For the upcoming2026 summer season, we are looking for a bartender (m/f/d) for our hotel bar and lounge.
Responsibilities / Main tasks
- Providing expert advice to guests and making recommendations
- Preparing cocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mise en place and follow-up after business
- Assisting during evening service in the restaurant
- Proper entry of transactions in the cash register system, preparation of invoices
Requirements
- completed training in the hotel or catering industry and/or experience as a bartender
- confident language skills in German and English
- open personality with good manners and a well-groomed appearance
- independent and motivated work, reliability and ability to work in a team

Offer
One of the ways we ensure our guests' satisfaction is by making sure our employees feel comfortable. For us, this includes attractive accommodation (available year-round) right next to the hotel with private bathroom/WC, kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi, and meals during the season. No deductions are made for accommodation and meals.
To keep fit, all our employees can use our indoor swimming pool and fitness room free of charge at certain times.
We work a 6-day week.
The minimum wage is the collective agreement, with additional pay depending on qualifications. Special payments are paid in addition (vacation and Christmas bonuses).
