Description
We are a home in the mountains for our guests, but also for our team. Both we as a family and our long-standing employees create a good working atmosphere. We are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) for the 2026 summer season. This can be used as a training period for the following winter season.
Responsibilities/main tasks
- Check-in and check-out
- Guest services (table reservations, massage appointments, taxi orders, etc.)
- Guest correspondence
- Menu and morning poster creation
- Preparation of arrival folders and room cards
- Issuing Lech Cards
- Settling your own cash register
- and much more
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in the luxury hotel industry is an advantage, career starters and career changers welcome
- Confident PC skills (Outlook, Office, etc.)
- Confident language skills in German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Open personality with good manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Strong resilience and high flexibility as well as a very precise way of working
- Strong team spirit and high level of service orientation

One of the ways we ensure our guests' satisfaction is by making sure our employees feel comfortable. The minimum wage is the collective agreement, with additional pay depending on qualifications, and special payments are paid in addition (vacation and Christmas bonuses). We work a 6-day week, with 5 days possible on request.
