The Hubertushof isn’t a large hotel—we’re a personally managed 4-star property in the heart of the Arlberg with 41 rooms, direct ski-in and ski-out access, and a heated Sky Pool. Our guests appreciate the tranquility, the fine cuisine, and a bar where they love to spend time—with an open fireplace and occasional live music.
As a bartender, you’ll craft cocktails with passion, advise guests on wine selections, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. You’ll work with premium spirits and regional products—and you’ll do it with joy, not out of obligation.

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced bartender (m/f/d) for the 2026/27 winter season
who will treat our guests to handcrafted cocktails and manage our bar with passion and professionalism.
Your Profile
- A certified bartender with several years of professional experience (at least 2 years)
- In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines
- Confidence in preparing classic and creative cocktails
- Good command of English (our guests come from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland; the UK; and the Benelux countries)
- Passion for hospitality and interacting with guests
- Reliability, attention to quality, and the ability to work well with others
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing cocktails, long drinks, and other beverages
- Advising guests on the selection of wines and spirits
- Serving at the bar and in the lounge
- Managing the beverage inventory and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborating with the service and kitchen teams
- Ensuring quality standards and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Creating a warm, inviting atmosphere in the bar and lounge
- Language skills
