Description
Do you love good drinks, enjoy working independently, and want to work at a bar that serves more than just classic cocktails? Then we look forward to having you join us at Hotel Winzer.
Our bar is closely tied to the restaurant and hotel operations. That's why our daily work is varied and changes throughout the day.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare the mise en place for the bar, such as freshly squeezing lemon juice and picking mint leaves
- Preparing standard cocktails and beverages for our guests in the afternoon
- Helping to take care of our garden and our guests in the outdoor area
- Preparing the bar for the evening
- Prepare and serve beverages for restaurant service
- Preparation of our cocktails and drinks according to our in-house drink menu
Our drink menu intentionally includes only a few classic standard cocktails. That’s why you should already have the necessary expertise and be confident in handling spirits, recipes, and basic bar techniques.

- An independent and structured approach to work
