Job Description
For our Lazy Flamingo Diner & Bottle Bar in the heart of Obertauern, we’re looking for a motivated Bar & Service Specialist (m/f/d) for the 2026/27 winter season.
Not only are you at home behind the bar, but you also delight our guests with friendly and professional service in the restaurant. During the day, you’ll support our à la carte team; in the evening, you’ll host guests at our popular Lazy Bottle Bar and passionately prepare cocktails, long drinks, and premium spirits.

Requirements
- You are passionate about hospitality and delight our guests with your friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training or have professional experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.
- You enjoy working both in restaurant service and behind the bar and are flexible in your role.
- You have experience in serving, handling the register, and using modern point-of-sale systems (Orderman is a plus).
- You have a good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine—or are eager to expand your knowledge in these areas.
- You work independently and reliably, and you keep your cool even in stressful situations.
- Teamwork, initiative, and a sense of responsibility come naturally to you.
- A neat and professional appearance, along with friendly manners, round out your profile.
- Good German language skills are required; English language skills are a plus.
- Experience in a hotel bar, cocktail bar, or à la carte service is a plus, but not a requirement.
