Description

  • Organization and supervision of all housekeeping operations
  • Staff management, scheduling & training
  • Ensuring our high quality and service standards
  • Responsibility for cost-conscious, value-preserving, and sustainable maintenance of all areas
  • Supervising the cleaning of guest rooms, all public areas, and seminar rooms
  • Active participation in the cleaning of our guest rooms and public areas
  • Ensuring smooth operations with all departments
  • Providing professional training for new housekeeping staff
  • Ordering and monitoring our linen deliveries
  • Organizing cleaning supplies, including ordering, and ensuring their proper use throughout the facility and in all departments
  • Close collaboration with the departments: Front Desk, Facilities, and F&B
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards as well as safety within the building (including occupational safety)
  • Distribution, monitoring, and organization of the uniforms we provide to the team

Requirements
