YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT THE JÄGERWIRT
• Receiving and processing reservation requests• Proactive sales outreach to guests (via phone & email)
• Greeting and checking in arriving guests
• Guest support and serving as an information hub for all inquiries from our international clientele
• Ensuring a smooth stay
• Invoicing and cash register operations
• Checking out and seeing off departing guests
• Selling vouchers and booking rooms directly to guests
• Performing administrative reception tasks, maintaining master data
• Optimal collaboration with other departments within the hotel
