Put YOUR talents to work:

• You’ll be responsible for preparing and carrying out all tasks in the hotel bar and on the sun terrace to ensure everything runs smoothly
• You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving food, cocktails, and various beverages in your area
• You’ll work closely with the restaurant team
• In the afternoon, you’ll manage service during seminar breaks and host cocktail and aperitif receptions
• You will also be responsible for assigned apprentices and interns and their training in the bar department
• If possible, you’ll also support the service team during dinner
• Daily closing tasks at the bar—including accounting and inventory checks in the storeroom—are also part of your daily responsibilities
• Your responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with our HACCP and quality guidelines
