Service Associate (m/f/d) – Arena Bar

Our Arena Bar is a popular hangout for locals and guests alike—whether for après-ski, a relaxing drink, or a fun evening out. Together with our team, you’ll make sure our guests feel completely at home and are eager to come back.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing friendly and attentive service to our guests
- Taking orders and serving drinks and light snacks
- Preparing simple drinks and cocktails (depending on experience)
- Handling payments and settling accounts
- Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the bar area
- Actively collaborating with the team and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus
- A friendly, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
- Enjoy working with people and possess strong hospitality skills
- Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to handle pressure and flexibility, even when things get busy
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
- Good knowledge of German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
