Your responsibilities:

• Assisting the head chef in organizing and leading the kitchen team
• Ensuring smooth kitchen operations
• Professional preparation of our farm-raised meat and other high-quality regional products
• Sharing responsibility for quality, hygiene, and inventory management
• Guiding and supporting colleagues in day-to-day operations
• Actively contributing to the further development of our menu and culinary philosophy
