Ongoing Tasks
- Serving guests at the bar
- Thorough knowledge of the beverage menu, including alcoholic beverages
- Providing expert advice and selling drinks—aperitifs, digestifs
- Preparing beverages
- Providing beverage service
- Working closely with the restaurant manager
- Training new employees or temporary staff
- Ensuring smooth operations at the bar
- Taking responsibility for your own station
- Preparing the necessary mise en place
- Greeting guests
- Properly handling reservations and payment procedures
- Maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the work area and bar
- Working in the s’Wirtshaus and on the patio (as needed)
- Contributing creativity (drink menu) and new sales ideas
- Handling complaints quickly and with a focus on the guest’s needs

Requirements
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or professional experience as a Chef de Rang or Chef de Rang
- Fluent in German and very good command of English
- Enjoy working with people
- Quick learner
