Requirements
For the position of bar manager, you need knowledge and flair for sales and beverage preparation. We value your reliability, communication skills, and quality awareness.
Your responsibilities as Chef de Bar:
- Serving guests from 2:30 p.m. (start of shift) until the end of shift (approx. midnight)
- Refilling drinks, placing orders
- Preparing daily accounts
- Acting as the point of contact for guests after the reception desk closes (the manager is always available by phone)
- Locking up the entire hotel
- Language skills
