We are a family-friendly hotel in the heart of the Zauchensee ski paradise—right on the slopes. Our goal is to create unforgettable vacation experiences for the whole family. Cuisine plays an important role for us and our guests.
Our kitchen treats up to 80 hotel guests daily to a varied 4- to 5-course set menu, including a salad bar. To strengthen our kitchen team for the upcoming winter season, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated pastry chef (m/f/d) who is seeking a new challenge.
You can look forward to a varied role in a unique setting. You’ll be responsible for the pastry department and will contribute your ideas to the creation of our sweets and desserts. For us, quality, team spirit, creativity, and a genuine passion for the art of pastry-making are what matter most.
Your Responsibilities
- Helping to shape and further develop our selection of sweets, desserts, and pastries
- Creative involvement in the development of seasonal and varied dessert creations
- Preparation and Attractive Presentation of Desserts
- Quality, taste, and presentation checks
- Independent management and organization of one's own pastry station
- Careful handling of high-quality ingredients and responsible use of supplies
- Compliance with and Implementation of Our Quality and Hygiene Standards
- Assistance with other kitchen tasks as needed
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Good knowledge of German
- Completed training in the culinary or pastry field, as well as relevant professional experience
- Commitment, joy, and passion for your profession
- Creativity and a keen sense of taste and aesthetics
- An independent, meticulous, and responsible approach to work
- Ability to work in a team, motivation, flexibility, and resilience
- EU citizenship is an advantage
