Person in charge: Chef de Cuisine

To strengthen our young and motivated team, we are looking for a passionate breakfast chef (m/f/d)

for our 4* superior Hotel Bellevue (connected underground with Hotel Austria, kitchen management: Hotel Austria)

Your qualifications

  • Experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry
  • Very good product and preparation knowledge
  • Reliable work scheduling and organization
  • Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
  • Team spirit and helpfulness
  • Open to new challenges and willing to constantly develop further
  • Good knowledge of German and English

Your tasks

  • Management of your post including management of the assigned employees
  • Ensuring a smooth process during the service
  • Further development of our kitchen philosophy in coordination with Chef de Cuisine
  • Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards defined by the company and Chef de Cuisine

Good to know

A minimum salary according to the collective agreement is guaranteed for this position. An overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience and will be discussed in a personal interview. Starting date: From November 2025 with the aim of long-term cooperation in winter and summer season.
