To strengthen our young and motivated team, we are looking for a passionate breakfast chef (m/f/d)

for our 4* superior Hotel Bellevue (connected underground to Hotel Austria; kitchen management: Hotel Austria) 

Your qualifications

• Experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
• Excellent knowledge of products and preparation methods 
• Reliable task allocation and organization
• Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
• Team spirit and willingness to help
• Open to new challenges and eager to keep growing
• Proficiency in German and English

Your Responsibilities

• Management of her position, including supervision of assigned staff
• Ensuring that everything runs smoothly during service
• Further development of our culinary philosophy in consultation with the Chef de Cuisine
• Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards established by the restaurant and the head chef

Good to know

A minimum salary as stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement is guaranteed for this position. A higher salary is certainly possible, depending on qualifications and experience, and will be discussed during a personal interview. Start date: November 2025, with the goal of a long-term partnership during the winter and summer seasons.
