To strengthen our young and motivated team at our sister hotel, the Bellevue (4* superior), we are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie - Gardemanger (m/f/d).
Your qualifications
- Completed kitchen training
- At least 2 years of experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
- Excellent knowledge of products and preparation techniques, with a focus on sophistication and creativity
- Reliable task allocation and organization
- Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
- Team spirit and willingness to help
- Open to new challenges and eager to keep growing
- Proficiency in German and English
Your Responsibilities
- Management of her position, including supervision of assigned staff
- Ensuring that everything runs smoothly during service
- Further development of our culinary philosophy in consultation with the Chef de Cuisine
- Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards established by the restaurant and the head chef

Good to know
A minimum salary in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement is guaranteed for this position. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience and will be discussed during a personal interview. Start date: November 2025, with the goal of a long-term partnership during the winter and summer seasons.
