Supervisor: Chef de Cuisine

Department: Kitchen 

 

To strengthen our young and motivated team at our sister hotel, the Bellevue (4* superior), we are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie - Gardemanger (m/f/d). 

 

Your qualifications

  • Completed kitchen training
  • At least 2 years of experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
  • Excellent knowledge of products and preparation techniques, with a focus on sophistication and creativity 
  • Reliable task allocation and organization
  • Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
  • Team spirit and willingness to help
  • Open to new challenges and eager to keep growing
  • Proficiency in German and English

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Management of her position, including supervision of assigned staff
  • Ensuring that everything runs smoothly during service
  • Further development of our culinary philosophy in consultation with the Chef de Cuisine
  • Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards established by the restaurant and the head chef

Good to know

A minimum salary in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement is guaranteed for this position. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience and will be discussed during a personal interview. Start date: November 2025, with the goal of a long-term partnership during the winter and summer seasons.
