To strengthen our young and motivated team, we are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie – Pastry Chef (m/f/d). 

Your qualifications

• Successful completion of culinary training
• At least 2 years of experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
• Excellent knowledge of products and preparation techniques, with a focus on sophistication and creativity 
• Reliable work scheduling and organization
• Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
• Team spirit and a willingness to help
• Open to new challenges and committed to continuous growth
• Proficiency in German and English

Your responsibilities

• Management of her position, including supervision of assigned staff
• Ensuring that everything runs smoothly during service
• Further development of our culinary philosophy in consultation with the Chef de Cuisine
• Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards established by the restaurant and the chef

Good to know

A minimum salary as stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement is guaranteed for this position. A higher salary may be offered depending on qualifications and experience, and this will be discussed during a personal interview. Start date: June 2026, with the goal of a long-term partnership during the winter and summer seasons.
