The position is available from May 14, 2026, to November 8, 2026, and then again from December 10, 2026.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility: - You handle food respectfully and sustainably. - You prepare food in a contemporary manner and know that presentation is important. - You carry out mise en place tasks carefully. - You supervise various buffets and sometimes cook directly in front of guests. - You contribute your own ideas to menu planning.
