Your Responsibilities and Areas of Work: - You handle food with respect and in an environmentally sustainable manner. - You value the regional and seasonal nature of the dishes just as much as we do. - You are responsible for organizing the tasks assigned to you in the kitchen.- Together with your team, you’ll design the menu and the various buffets.- You’ll prepare dishes in a contemporary style and understand that presentation is just as important as taste.

The Work Environment: You’ll work as part of a team of 5–6 people, but you’ll be working independently at your station. The atmosphere is friendly, solution-oriented, and motivating.
