Your duties will include depending on seasonal workload and time of year:
Tasks
- Mise en place work and dressing on the post
- Responsible organization of your area of responsibility
- Set up and supervision of buffets
- Ideas and collaboration in menu design
- Responsible food processing
- Acceptance and control of deliveries
- Keep order in cold stores and storerooms
- Careful handling of machines and equipment
- Workplace cleanliness

- Training as a cook or corresponding professional experience
- Passion for the craft of cooking
- Creativity and solution orientation
- High ability to work in a team and willingness to work
- Appreciative attitude towards food
- Very good knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- Distinct demand for quality
- Languages: Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
- Good manners and well-groomed appearance
