Description

Depending on the seasonal workload and time of year, your tasks will include
- Mise en place work and serving at the post
- Responsible organization of your area of responsibility
- Setting up and supervising buffets
- Ideas and collaboration in menu design
- Responsible processing of food
- Taking over and checking deliveries
- Keeping order in cold stores and storage rooms
- Careful handling of machines and equipment
- Cleanliness in the workplace

Requirements
Professional and personal requirements:
- Awareness of positive guest experience and service quality
- Training as a chef or corresponding professional experience
- Passion for the culinary trade
- Creativity and solution orientation
- High level of teamwork and commitment
- Appreciative attitude towards food
- Very good knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- High quality standards
- Languages: Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
- Good manners and well-groomed appearance
