Description
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team: Create both creative and traditional dishes for our 5-course menus or specialty buffets and work with your colleagues to delight our guests. Your responsibilities * Managing a station in the hotel kitchen alongside commis chefs and apprentices * Plating half-board meals during the evening service * Helping to plan the menu
