YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:

• As a chef de partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting the dishes at your station.
• You will be responsible for preparing a varied and delicious meal for the staff.
• As part of your role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the afternoon snack and the children’s buffet.
• You are responsible for ensuring careful inventory management in accordance with HACCP standards.

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• You have completed vocational training and have at least two years of professional experience in fine dining.
• Your commitment to quality and attention to detail ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You take responsibility and tackle your tasks on your own initiative.
• Your passion for your profession and for working as part of a team motivates you to always give your best.
• Excellent German skills and good English will help you communicate with international guests and colleagues.
