Your role on the team:

• You'll take care of our guests with passion—from check-in to check-out, including providing tips on things to do in the area.
• You'll assist our guests in booking their relaxing vacation and be available to answer any questions they may have.
• With your dedication, you ensure that the reservation process runs smoothly and help build excitement for the vacation.
• Processing the daily mail, preparing the menus, and putting together the weekly schedule are among your daily tasks.
• You'll be in constant communication with our departments and will coordinate important tasks.

What sets you apart:

• German is your native language, and you're also very comfortable with English
• You have training in the hospitality industry and some experience working at the front desk
• You are charming, outgoing, and service-oriented
• You have a real talent for sales and organization and always keep track of everything
• You're an expert at using computer systems
