Your role in the team:

• You will take care of our guests with passion, from check-in to check-out, and even provide them with tips for leisure activities in the surrounding area.
• You advise our guests on booking their wellness vacation and are available to answer any questions they may have.
• With your commitment, you ensure a smooth reservation process and generate excitement for the vacation.
• Processing the daily mail, preparing the menus, and the weekly program are among your daily tasks.
• You are in constant communication with our departments and coordinate important tasks.

• You are charming, communicative, and service-oriented.
• You are a true sales and organizational talent who always keeps track of everything.
• You are proficient in using computer systems.
• German is your native language and you also have a good command of English.
