Your role on the team:

• You’ll take great care of our guests—from check-in to check-out—and provide them with tips on things to do in the area.
• You will assist our guests in booking their relaxing vacation and be available to answer any questions they may have.
• With your dedication, you ensure that the reservation process runs smoothly and help build excitement for the vacation.
• Processing the daily mail, preparing the menus, and putting together the weekly schedule are among your daily tasks.
• You will be in constant communication with our departments and will coordinate key tasks.

• You are charming, outgoing, and customer-focused
• You have a real talent for sales and organization and always keep track of everything
• You are highly proficient in using computer systems
• German is your native language, and you're also very comfortable with English
