Requirements

Your tasks

Operational management of the entire spa and wellness area
Instruction and implementation of body treatments and wellness massages
Personnel management and contact person for employees in the department
Development of a SPA and wellness philosophy
Ensuring smooth spa and wellness operations and guaranteeing the quality of the team and internal processes
Expert guest care and advice on the AlpenSpa's offers and service products
Planning and preparation of offers
Responsible for ordering and inventory
Overall responsibility for order, hygiene and safety throughout the AlpenSpa
we are looking for you:
Several years of experience in the spa and wellness sector in a comparable position
Training in massage, cosmetics or physiotherapy
Host personality with a positive charisma
independent and reliable way of working, you are results-oriented
Ability to work in a team and empathy
Natural charisma & a well-groomed appearance
Good written and spoken German skills
Very good organizational skills

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full time (5 days)
