Requirements

Your tasks would be

warmly welcoming and saying goodbye to our guests - check in / check out
Accepting room reservations (by telephone or e-mail)
Personal and telephone advice
Sale of packages and wellness treatments
Responsibility for the hotel cash register
we work with hotline, the correspondence manager, hotel barometer
contemporary workplace
You are a competent contact person for our guests for all questions about the Berwanger Hof and the surrounding area
Maintenance of the guest files
Creation of vouchers
close cooperation with the management, e.g. in the development of new offers
Maintenance of online portals
Communication with all departments of the hotel
General administrative work at the reception desk

We are looking for you:

Ability to work in a team, you enjoy working with and in a great team
Experience with common hotel programs (ideally: hotline)
sound professional knowledge, enjoy your job and dealing with guests
You are motivated
You work in an organized, independent and results-oriented manner
the ability to learn
english as an additional language would be an advantage

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full time (5 days)

Offer

Working hours (incl. break) e.g. from 8 am to 4 or 5 pm or 12 or 1 pm to 9 pm (that is 40 hours per week) (regular no part-time work, would be possible on request)
free time also possible on alternating weekends - above-standard pay is a matter of course for us
