Description

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Together with the entire kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a culinary experience of the highest caliber
  • Ensuring the highest quality of food
  • Cleaning and organizing the work area
  • Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Cost-effective preparation of ingredients
  • Monitoring inventory levels and assessing needs
  • Assisting with the development of the menu
  • Contributing creative ideas
  • If you have the appropriate qualifications, managing your own station will also be part of your responsibilities

 

 Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of German or English
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently
  • Willingness to learn and dedication
  • Friendly interaction with our staff and guests
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Full-time (5- or 6-day workweek)

 

We offer:

  • Attractive pay & fair working conditions: With us, you’ll earn €2,230 net for a 50-hour workweek. Including bonuses, this amounts to an average net salary of around €2,600. In addition, you’ll receive vacation pay, holiday pay, and tips. Overtime pay is possible at any time, depending on your qualifications and performance.
