Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated deputy to lead our housekeeping department starting in December:
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in day-to-day operations
- Taking responsibility in the manager’s absence
- Actively participating in the cleaning of guest rooms and common areas
- Assisting with staff management, training, and scheduling
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Monitoring and optimizing resource usage (cleaning supplies, hotel linens, etc.)
Requirements
- Proficiency in German and English
- Sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry and housekeeping
- Ability to work flexibly and independently
- Enjoy working with people
- An eye for cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail
- 5-day or 6-day workweek
Experience
3 Jahre Work experience
1 Jahr Leadership experience
Language skills
English A2 (basics)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
2560 € net / month
