Assistant Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated deputy to lead our housekeeping department starting in September or December:

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in day-to-day operations
• Taking over responsibility in the manager’s absence
• Actively participating in the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas
• Assisting with staff management, training, and scheduling
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Monitoring and optimizing resource usage (cleaning supplies, hotel linens, etc.)

We offer:

• Attractive pay & fair working conditions: With us, you’ll earn €2,200 net for a 48-hour workweek. Including bonuses, this amounts to an average net salary of around €2,560. In addition, you’ll receive vacation pay, holiday pay, and tips. Higher pay is always possible depending on your qualifications and performance.
