As Chef de Partie, you will work independently at your post under the direction of our well-known head chef and actively contribute to our modern, traditional cuisine with a twist.
Requirements
Your tasks:
- Independent management of your position
- Preparation & presentation of dishes to a high standard
- Support with menu development & creative ideas
- Ensuring quality, hygiene & work processes
- Guidance & support of commis / apprentices
What you bring with you:
- Completed chef training and experience in upscale gastronomy
- Creativity & enjoyment of cooking with fresh, regional products
- Independent, structured way of working
- Team spirit, reliability & passion for gastronomy
- Language skills
