Starting this winter, we’re introducing another culinary highlight: our exclusive Chef’s Table, seating just 12 guests. In a unique setting, we create special moments of indulgence at the highest level—personal, creative, and with great attention to detail.

Together with our dedicated kitchen team of 18 passionate chefs, you’ll actively help shape this new concept and create unforgettable culinary experiences every day.

Requirements

  • Completed Training: You have completed training as a chef.
  • Work Experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry.
  • Passion for Culinary Arts: High-quality ingredients, perfect flavor, and attractive presentation are second nature to you.
  • Creativity: You contribute your own ideas and enjoy working together to further develop our cuisine.
  • Team player: You enjoy working with others, communicate openly, and support your colleagues.
  • Ability to handle pressure: Even during a busy service, you maintain a clear overview and stay focused on your work.
  • Commitment to quality: Precision, cleanliness, and a sense of responsibility define your work ethic.
