Our guests enjoy a high-quality à la carte restaurant as well as daily changing gourmet menus for our half-board guests. New this winter, we’re introducing another culinary highlight with our exclusive Chef’s Table, seating just 12 guests. Exceptional desserts and sweet creations play a very special role here, ensuring the perfect finale to an unforgettable meal. Together with our dedicated kitchen team and our experienced pastry chef, you’ll create extraordinary desserts of the highest caliber every day and bring your creativity to our pastry kitchen.

Requirements
- Completed Training: You have completed training as a chef or pastry chef.
- Professional experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in a similar position or in the upscale hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Passion for Pastry: You love high-quality desserts and have a keen sense of taste, aesthetics, and presentation.
- Creativity: You enjoy contributing your own ideas and want to actively help shape our dessert menu.
- Team player: You enjoy working with others and are happy to support your colleagues.
- Ability to Handle Pressure: Even during busy service periods, you remain focused, organized, and reliable.
- Work Style: You work neatly, in an organized manner, and efficiently.
- Language Skills: Good German skills are a plus.
- Flexibility: You understand that working weekends and holidays is simply part of the hospitality industry.
