Description
Together with Executive Chef Stephan Gerstner and the team, you will be responsible for your station and will showcase the diversity of Austrian culinary traditions and Mediterranean flair.
- You take pleasure in working with local ingredients prepared in creative and flavorful ways.
- You will either take charge of a specific station or, ideally, have experience in all areas.
- You’ll contribute your ideas and be creative in preparing the daily à la carte menus for up to 100 discerning guests
- Working hand in hand with Stephan, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards.
Requirements
- Completed culinary training and experience working with high-quality, fresh ingredients
- You are a team player, reliable, and flexible
- You thrive on working independently and enjoy contributing your own ideas
- You think and act with cost awareness, while also being business-minded and service-oriented. You are distinguished by a strong commitment to quality and the desire and enthusiasm to learn something new every day.
