Description
Together with Executive Chef Stephan Gerstner and the team, you’ll be responsible for your station and will showcase the diversity of Austrian culinary traditions and Mediterranean lightness.
- You enjoy working with local ingredients that are prepared in creative and flavorful ways.
- You’ll either take charge of a specific station or, ideally, have experience in all areas of the kitchen.
- You’ll contribute your own ideas and be creative in preparing the daily à la carte menus for up to 120 discerning guests.
- Working hand in hand with Stephan, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards.
Requirements
- Completed culinary training and experience working with high-quality, fresh ingredients
- You are a team player, reliable, and flexible
- You thrive on working independently and enjoy contributing your own ideas
- You think and act with cost awareness, while also being business-minded and service-oriented. You are distinguished by a strong commitment to quality and the desire and enthusiasm to learn something new every day.
